Inter-tote connectivity has long been a barrier to the introduction of new products into remote systems. Through our BlackBox network device, operators can seamlessly upgrade their tote distribution network to carry OpenTote products. Non-ITSP compatible product is merged with ITSP product without disruption of service, or the need to change the systems that communicate to the tote such as web betting platforms, or terminal systems.

Blackbox is available as a plug and play system from i-neda, pre-installed on HP servers in a redundant config, along with market leading traffic management software from Zeus Technology, that allows total control over traffic routing and scalability management tools not available on the tote platform.

BlackBox not only extends your product range, but volume testing has shown up to a 50% reduction in the time taken to process wagers when a BlackBox is deployed as part of the tote network.
