The Process

Following receipt of your CV and details, we'll review and see whether you'd be a good fit for the role. Clearly not everyone is, but hopefully you are. If so, we'll get in touch and arrange a telephone interview, which should last around 20 minutes. This can be done at any time that suits, so don't be afraid to ask for an evening call if thats best for you. We'll cover mainly technical and experience questions that relate to your background, what you've worked on and anything that's relevant to the role.

Assuming that goes well, we'll invite you in to meet the team. As well as meeting the person you'd be working for, who will organise and co-ordinate your interview, you will also get to spend some time with the CEO, and depending on the role, some of the people you'd work with on a day to day basis. We do this not because we want you to sweat, but because its important that each and every person coming here can feel both welcome, and a part of the team. Having you meet with your peers is an important part of that, and remember you'll be on the other side of the table after you join. We expect that you'll need to allow up to two hours for the personal interview, depending on what the role is.

If you are applying for a technical role, there may well be a follow up technical assignment, which needs to be completed by you in a timely fashion. This will be a simple coding or design task, given to you so that we can really get an idea for your style and coding capabilities. It shouldn't take more than an evening.

Once thats done, you'll find out whether you have been successful. As a rule, the whole process takes a maximum of a couple of weeks from start to end, if you're successful we'll be ready to make an offer for you to start from a suitable date.

Good luck and we look forward to meeting you.
