What We Are Looking For
OK, so you've just left Uni, or maybe taken a year out. That means its a bit pointless us listing some huge skills list we expect you to have, because how could you? Instead, here's some things about you we'd like to see.
- A decent degree in something related to IT or design, such as computing.
- A passion for software development
- An ability to pick up new tools and languages, and apply them to the problems you are presented with
- An outgoing personality, to fit in with our sociable team
- A willingness to relocate to somewhere near us. Let's be realistic, you can't do a grad job from a hundred miles away, so you'll need to be near-ish our office
