Graduate Developers

These roles are based in Farnborough, Hampshire. i-neda may consider applications from candidates requiring work/visa sponsorship for the UK at our sole discretion.

Get Your Career off to a Flying Start

Yes, our office is just metres from Farnborough Airport, but thats not a pun. With i-neda you'll gain great hands on experience quickly, in technologies that will boost your career for life. Unlike the big guys, i-neda isn't offering a cushy grad package that sees you job hopping for a year or two around a global conglomerate, sorry. What we do offer is real hands on experience developing great software and web-based systems for our global client base. We work with the newest, up-and-coming technologies like Ruby and Ajax, meaning that you are learning growing, modern technology as you go, not working to re-factor out-dated code in a legacy system.

As a company that knows its people are its soul, we treat everyone with respect, and allow you to explore your own creativity and capabilities from day one. This means responsibility for delivery, scheduling and design of the software is collaborative, and will involve you completely. We want to employ those willing to push themselves hard, and learn new things, and give you the tools and support to do that. Yes it can be hard work, but ultimately it will be worth every minute.

As well as a great working environment, you'll also find that were using the very latest development tools and frameworks for Ruby, including Test::Unit, shoulda, factory girl, sinatra, rake, SVN, TeamCity, NokoGiri, JSon, Beanstalkd, Juggernaut and Capistrano. All of which will provide you with a continuous learning curve and daily acceleration of your career with us.

  • A willingness to relocate to somewhere near us. Let's be realistic, you can't do a grad job from a hundred miles away, so you'll need to be near-ish our office
